PRESIDENT / OWNER - J. NIRAN DESILVA
Originally from Sri Lanka, Niran has had the pleasure of travelling and living in over 2 dozen countries and believes it is these experiences that has made him the man he is as well as given him a vision and purpose for his future endeavors.
At the age of 13, his whole family arrived in California after a 2 yr stay in Dubai, UAE. He began his education at high school in Claremont, CA and Studied Theology at Biola University and Electronic Engineering at DeVry University.
He started is work experience at Harvey Mudd College as an AV Technicial and shortly joined Mil-Spec Magnetics (a subsidiary of Scandia National Labs) in the capacity of Production Manager. He quickly became Executive Engineer while assisting the CEO of the company directly to triple the company’s revenues. Niran has been key to developing their Clean Room Manufacturing Design Facility and was chosen to present his work at the Electro-Magnetic Coil Winders Association (EMCWA). His design concepts were published in the EMCWA Encyclopedia having been 1 of 7 people in the world who also can manufacture a perfect wound micro-coil.
At the height of this career path, the devastating event of the Asian Tsunami in 2004 took Niran down a very different path. He left his work and returned to Asia to help with the cleanup and reconstruction efforts in Sri Lanka (his homeland). Once there, Niran decides to focus his efforts in humanitarian projects and a career that would assist mankind.
Upon his return to the US in 2008, he became a self-employed entrepreneur opening an Import Export company for products from Sri Lanka (Tea, etc.) along with building his father’s HVAC Company of 20yrs. Niran is now the president of Bristol Baker Associates which handles a variety of specialized business development programs in commodities, finance, real estate, project funding & product procurements.
Niran’s goal is to soon establish an EB5 center in Christmas 2013 and help those who wish to pursue their dreams and make a better life for themselves as he was able to. Niran also looks forward to opening his international non-profit organization to help the poor, orphaned and widowed people of the world in 2014.

VICE PRESIDENT - ALLEN STINSON
A long time real estate specialist licensed by the California Department of Real Estate in 1978, Allen Stinson III, started his real estate career listing and selling single family residents primarily in the San Gabriel and Los Angeles area. Allen was a prolific listing agent believing that it was most advantageous to be the listing agent whenever possible. The listing agent always gets paid in a good real estate market.
In 1990, Allen added mortgage lending to his resume by becoming a loan agent at Loans Originators in Covina, CA. For the next decade he became a highly skilled real estate agent and loan officer.
In 2001 Allen became affiliated with Pro-Advantage also located in Covina, Ca. There he began the management phase of his career. He became very successful on developing and promoting highly qualified mortgage and real estate professionals.
In 2005, Allen was Founder/CEO of All American Funding Group, LLC. He was licensed under the California Department of Corporations. He led AAFG to one of the leading mortgage companies in the San Gabriel Valley.
After the real estate down turn in 2008, Allen began to explore other avenues to apply his disciplines and experience. In 2009 he joined WBH Business Capital where he brought his commercial real estate skills to a team of professionals. WBH main focus was on project procurement, commercial and business planning.

CEO - JOE VIGILAttended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis MN on a full athletic football scholarship where he also lettered in baseball. His studies included a major in Child Psychology and minor in English Writing. After college he played briefly with the Kansas City Royal baseball organization.
In 1984 moved to Santa Barbara, CA and accepted a medical sales position with McGhan Medical Corporation (leading manufacturer in silicone based medical products). Sales territory included Los Angeles and Beverly Hills servicing close to six hundred plastic/cosmetic surgeon accounts.
In 1999, moved to Laguna Beach, CA and partnered with a prominent southern California cosmetic surgeon and formed Ocean Medical Specialties, Inc. (medical distribution company) where he handled the day to day operations. The company was later sold in 2004. At the same time he also became the public relations advisor for a very large southern California based cosmetic surgery group and managed the advertising and marketing of four office locations and three surgery centers.
In 2005 he became Chief Executive Officer for Innovative Medical Education, Inc. (medical advertising/marketing consultant company) focusing on expanding and driving business to local plastic/cosmetic surgeons. The company was later sold in 2008.
In 2008 he became Chief Operations Officer for Ocean Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. (A cosmetic surgery referral company). He still handles day to day operations for the company which is now expanding into sub-prime patient financing for cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dentistry and chiropractic.
In 2010 he became a principle in WBH Business Capital as Vice President of Business Development. WBH Business Capital was an investment group with divisions in Real Estate, Financing, Merchant Services, Commodities and Business Procurement.
Strengths are in project procurement, raising private capital as well as EB5 (foreign investment) projects.

CMO - Shain Hymon Born and raised in Southern California, Shain Hymon became an entrepreneur early in his youth, advancing himself from one successful trade to the next. During his senior year at Rancho Cucamonga High School, Shain made the decision to pursue a professional career solely as an entrepreneur.
In 2004, Shain started his professional career by becoming a Licensed Mortgage Loan officer with Global Equity Lending. After a couple years of mortgage loans and learning the Real Estate market, Shain decided to further his professional career by becoming a Licensed Realtor with the California Department of Real Estate.
Throughout his business endeavors, Shain learned that Network Marketing was a very affective distribution method as well as a great way to duplicate shared success. After achieving his highest success rate through Network Marketing in his Real Estate business, Shain began to explore many other Network Marketing companies in different industries.
Today, Shain manages BBA’s strategic planning by recommending and implementing many Network Marketing tools as well as SEO and various other Internet based, software driven solutions. He is also currently the BBA liaison for M&A Canvasing Programs and our Hedge Fund Network.
